Who We Are

We are committed to providing homeless prevention, rent assistance, and case management services to individuals, youth, and families in Ozaukee County.

We strive to create a safe and secure environment and are dedicated to helping families regain housing, independence, and their dignity. Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and congregations, we are able to offer our services to those in need. Our goal is to provide a hand up, and to empower families to become self-sufficient.

Services we provide include, but are not limited to: 

  • Homeless prevention, Rent Assitance and Case management

  • Traditional Shelter Placements

  • Local service activities for church congregations

  • Meaningful volunteer opportunities for all ages

  • Public awareness of homelessness and low-income needs

  • Collaborations with businesses and organizations to provide much-needed services in Ozaukee County

Family Promise Affiliate

We are an affiliate of the national organization, Family Promise. There are 200+ operating Family Promise Affiliates in 43 states. As part of a national organization, our agency has the advantage of national research, programs, training and other resources that help further our work.
